Settings for an Accurate Histogram

The Luminous Landscape writes: This is an important thing to get right when you’re shooting in RAW: Settings for an Accurate Histogram. I was surprised how much difference changing the Contrast setting in the Picture Control setting of the Nikon DSLRs make on the shape of the histogram. I’ve now got a RAW shooting bank in Custom Settings that has the Contrast dialled right down in the Picture Control it defaults on. Thanks Michael!
