Rimrock cafe
Finally got to eat at the Rimrock Cafe. It’s located at Creekside, about a 10 minute drive south of Whistler. We went with Richard, Sharon, Umea, and Dorothy Kowalski and Richard’s friend Alex. My ‘surf n turf’ was possibly the best example of this dish I’ve ever eaten. Washed down with a Rioja and a Malbec from Argentina. Finished off with a Ch Coutet. Rimrock’s a must and deserves the reputation. Great food and service.
An old friend
I caught up with Andrzej Kowalski – an old friend from law school days who now lives in Vancouver. I haven’t seem him for about 20 years! His wife’s name is Carolyn and he’s got 3 sons.
