Inspired by the TV show Willie’s Chocolate Revolution which is about Willie Harcourt-Cooze’s crusade to educate the population about real chocolate, I tracked down a source of Amedei Chuao, regarded as the world’s best chocolate. When the Amedei arrived we did a little taste test with some other 70%+ chocolate bars. Guess which one blew them away?
